Please note that the park is located on a slope, especially if you are travelling with a large motorhome with a low-powered engine.

Public transport

EuroParcs Wörthersee is easily accessible by public transport. A bus stop is located about a 5-minute walk from the park, with connections to destinations including Velden and Klagenfurt. With the Wörthersee Plus Card, you can also travel free of charge on the ÖBB Kärnten S-Bahn.

You can park one car at your accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the large car park at the entrance of the park.

Because of the child friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive over the park at a walking pace. Please respect the signposts.

Visitors are always welcome. There is no visitor fee, but we kindly ask you to register your visit in the lobby and leave your car in the car park.

We ask that you dispose of your household waste yourself in the appropriate containers. These are located in the environmental street. You can find these on the parkmap.

Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations to which attention needs to be focused. In order to keep things at a good level and to be able to assess them, we would therefore like to ask you to report any malfunctions, technical defects and/or cleaning complaints to the reception as soon as possible.

Be careful with fire at all times. Setting up an open fire is therefore forbidden. If you have a fireplace in your accommodation, you may use it. Wood should be used for this, no gel, this is not fireproof. You must ensure that the fire does not come out of the fireplace so that the wall does not turn black. 



 

Check-in at EuroParcs Wörthersee

At EuroParcs Wörthersee, you are very welcome to enjoy a relaxing stay by Lake Wörthersee. During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.

Guests staying in our accommodations can check in from 4:00 PM. Campers can check in from 1:00 PM until the reception closes.

Are you planning to arrive outside reception opening hours? Please contact the reception before your arrival so that we can make sure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible.

We recommend checking your accommodation and the available inventory for completeness and any damage immediately after arrival. If anything is not in order regarding the inventory, cleanliness or the accommodation itself, please report this to reception as soon as possible.

If any damage or a defect occurs during your stay, please report it to reception as soon as possible. This allows us to help you quickly and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation clean and tidy.

• Make sure the dishes are clean and have been put back in their proper place.
• Collect your waste and dispose of it in the designated waste containers.
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and place it in a pillowcase.

Check-out

Check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

For campers, the pitch must be vacated before 12:00 PM.

If you are unable to check out at reception, please follow the instructions you received upon arrival.

Together, we can make sure the accommodation is clean and tidy for the next guests.

Help protect our nature from fires caused by drought. Please follow our drought protocol.

• Only barbecue using gas or electricity
• Keep a fire extinguisher or other suitable fire-fighting equipment close to the barbecue
• If you smoke, make sure your cigarette is completely extinguished and dispose of it in the designated ashtray

Skibus stops at 400 meters from the park when you cross the wooden walk bridge. Free of charge when you can show your skipass.

The park will be closed from 12 October 2025 to 27 March 2026
and from 12 October 2026 to 26 March 2027.

If you want fresh bread rolls in the morning, you can place your order a day in advance before 8pm and the bread rolls will be delivered the next morning.
